What a blessing and a gift from a special child and a wonderful family. This is such a generous thing to do and I know it would make Jack so proud. It makes me so proud to know you and call you my friend.
Dan, don't know if my last message came through or not, new to this blogging thing... it's been a long time, but feels like it could have been yesterday. There are no words, although I'm sure you've heard them all at this point. The lump in my throat and the tears in my eyes won't do anything to help you, but hopefully my prayers will. I'll keep saying them just in case....
Grandma V would be SO proud of you Krissy. Celebrating Jacks life is a great idea also. I wish we could be there for you, Dan, and Kate. Thanks for taking the time and emotional effort to update all of us that care about you and your family.
One of Maddie's best friends past away a little over a year ago. She had received a heart transplant when she was three and lived eight more wonderful years. We would have never gotten to know and love her without that precious gift. You are doing such a wonderful and selfless thing and are giving another family a reason to hope. You are truly amazing!

That is so sweet. How lucky for another child to get Jack's beautiful eyes. :)
As you know this is something very close to my heart. Jack had the most beautiful eyes.

May his energetic and sweet spirit accompany his beautiful eyes and make another little boy or girl as special and happy as he was with all of you.
