Candy!

I can do this by myself.

Hey Dad! What do I do if no one is home? We didn't cover that situation!

TRICK OR TREAT!

Loving being outside

On Sunday, Mom and I didn't leave the house, Dad was at work. At 7:00, I couldn't take it anymore. I stood in front of the front window and hit the window and cried until Mom figured out what I wanted. I was much happier once we went outside. Sometimes we all just need a little fresh air!

It's Halloween!

Just waiting to put my costume on!

By request...

By request for Steph Drow, a video of my walking. Recently I had to go to the doctor and learned I had "diaper excema," it wasn't too much of a shock when Dr. Louis told my parents that he sees this in toddlers that are constantly moving. Ummm, sounds just like me! A few days later and a bit of cortisone cream and my little behind is looking ridiculously cute again.

ShadowGlen Fall Festival

What? What are you looking at? You haven't seen someone in a Peacock Costume before?

While Mom was working, Dad took me to the neighborhood Fall Festival. He put my orange tights on and my Peacock Costume. To my delight, I won "Best Halloween Costume!" I received a bright orange ribbon and a magnetic doodle pad in the shape/color of a pumpkin! Thanks for a fun afternoon Dad!

Playtime on the Capital Grounds

If they would had let me, I would have gone straight to play in the fountains! Mom and Dad can be no fun sometimes!

Pumpkin Muffins

Come on now, do you have to take photos when I am concentrating on eating? There was a catering school offering Pumpkin Muffins (!) after the race, they were so good! Mom and I thoroughly enjoyed them...Like Mother Like Son!

LIVESTRONG Walk

Today I joined my parents in the Livestrong Walk against cancer in Austin. I had it pretty easy riding in my stroller. We had a good time getting out together and doing some exercise. Mom's pregnancy must be catching up, I heard her say to Dad, "I can't walk that fast! Wait for me!"

Proud as a Peacock

So, I am having a moral dilemma with putting my child in a store-bought Halloween Costume...I'll get over it with a few more looks at these hilarious photos...I was blessed to have a mother who made AWESOME costumes for us while we were growing up. My favorite, being the ICE CREAM CONE in Kindergarten (as if I weren't already tall enough...I was like the Eiffel Tower amongst ant hills. It was fabulous) Anyways, if only she were closer, I am sure she and Jack would have had a blast making a costume for him. For now, we'll settle for the Peacock Costume...and come 'on, who doesn't look good in orange tights???

Thanks for the PJ's Grandma!

A package came for me and my little sister today! Grandma Venzke sent me Cowboy PJ's and my sister a dress to wear to the rodeo after she is born! My PJ's have snaps and little horseshoes on them. I am sure they will bring me sweet dreams tonight! Thanks Grandma!

Happy 3rd Anniversary Mom and Dad!

It is Mom and Dad's 3-year wedding anniversary today and there are 3 of us. Next year, it will be their 4th and there will be 4 of us. Do you think that trend will continue? "Yeah right!" says my Dad!
Thanks Aunt Jen for coming to babysit so Mom and Dad could have a fun night out!

Happy Birthday Aunt Jen!

It is my Aunt's B-day and we took her to Sullivan's Steakhouse to celebrate! Don't go thinking that I got a raise in my allowance...it was Sunday Night and they have a great deal (another tip for all you Austinites...the Ringside Bar has a yummy menu that is 1/2 off on Sunday and Thursday nights! Highly recommended. We had steak and salmon for $5 each!) I had a great time playing with her glasses, of course and putting my fingers in her cake. Happy Birthday Aunt Jen! Here's to health and happiness!
