About a month after having Kate, I ventured back to Weight Watchers in the quest to look like I did when we got married (!)...they say "slow and steady wins the race" right?!? Anyways, at a meeting they mentioned "Hungry Girl," a daily e-newsletter that offers ideas of how to make foods that we love in a healthy way. For example...making brownies with pumpkin or using Fiber 1 and Fat Free BBQ potato chips to make "Buffalo Wings." It is fabulous and I love love love the e-newsletter and cookbooks (www.hungry-girl.com) Tonight I made a brownie recipe. As you can see, Jack had no idea they were "healthy" brownies and loved them! That's my boy!
